Carlo has over 30 years of experience as a practising accountant. In 2022, Carlo decided to establish his own practice, VINCO Accountants & Advisors, bringing together a team of trusted professionals with shared values.

Carlo’s journey includes his time as a partner at Veale Partners, where he helped turn a small accountancy practice into a three-partner business whose income grew ten-fold throughout his time there. His accomplishments include: obtaining his Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at RMIT; being a registered Tax Agent; and having been acknowledged by a professional accounting body, Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, for over 25 years of service as a Chartered Accountant.

Carlo’s passion is to share his experience and expertise with his clients, colleagues and the wider community. He has advised many clients over the years on the structuring, sale or purchase of businesses, GST, asset protection, CGT and tax planning. Carlo has a strong commitment to the development of his team and fostering the next generation of accountants. His broader outreach includes volunteering his time as a regular expert presenter for a property education group; and as an honorary treasurer for a number of local not-for-profit organisations.

Away from work, Carlo is a St Kilda ‘tragic’ supporter but finds comfort in the simple things in life – spending time with his family, sitting around the table sharing a meal, and having good conversation.
